Published after his death, Ma Gastronomie was created from his notes and with 200 hand-written recipes, edited by his wife, Mary Louise, who carried on and maintained Le Pyramide's three star Michelin ranking for many years. It is inscribed by her to Richard Sajbel, a Woodrow Wilson scholar who went to France in the 1960's and returned to Palo Alto in the early 1970's to teach cooking. Two postcards featuring the exterior and interior of La Pyramide are laid in. Light soiling to top and bottom of spine, else fine. Address label of R. Sajbel on ffep. Première impression, en français. Publié après sa mort, Ma Gastronomie a été créé à partir de ses notes et de 200 recettes manuscrites, éditées par son épouse, Mary Louise, qui a tenu et maintenu le classement Michelin trois étoiles du Pyramide pendant de nombreuses années.
